Bsplindia.com is a venture of Bhambwani Securities (P) Ltd. The limited liability company was incorporated in June 1993 and has no liabilities. The dotcom venture was conceived in January 2000 and has been profitable since inception - inspite of the dotcom bust !

The promoters of Bhambwani Securities (P) Ltd are third generation technocrats with experience in textiles, finance and investments. The promoters enjoy a high credibility and brand recall in the investing circles in the country and have self funded this online venture. The promoting company owns registration rights of the domain Bsplindia.com and trademarks and copyrights on the title "The Professional Ticker Reader." The company also owns proprietary rights to all the articles and writings presented herein in this website, our newspaper columns, online columns and in magazines and periodicals.
